In July we did precisely this and spent a magnificent, sunny and relaxed afternoon together on Lake Constance.
The Hohentwiel, which is a beautyful restored historic paddle wheel steamer, cruised the 60 or so members of staff including the Horn family from Hard near Bregenz to Langenargen. On the way there was enough time to chat in peace while savouring cold drinks and snacks or simply enjoy the fabulous weather and the awesome view over Lake Constance and its shoreline.
The anniversary celebrations ended ashore again with a convivial barbecue buffet, directly on the lakefront.
A&R Textil was founded in November 1993 by Alexander Horn. He developed his first product in his parent’s basement in Krumbach near Tettnang, which is today – 25 years later – still part of the company´s portfolio. Today, Horn runs a company employing 400 people with four locations worldwide.
