We as textile experts also use this manufacturing technology. Many of our latest developments are based on this process, which plays an important role in A&R’s range of products.
In the A&R pilot plant we experiment with different materials in combination and can thus produce molded parts with combined properties, such as UV resistance, bending or tear resistance, anti-slip behavior or density/impermeability. These workpieces produced using sandwich construction techniques have different and diverse functions and cover a wide range of requirements. For the A&R product portfolio, this is where the great advantage of thermoforming lies.
